The Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB), hereby also referred to as “the Board” is issuing this nonbinding Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) to prequalify prospective General Contractors for the construction of a new 1,400 pupil Catholic 7-12 school. Consisting of approximately 1,000 secondary school students and approximately 400 elementary school students the school will be on an approximate 17-acre site located on the southeast corner of Fairway Road and Woolner Trail in Kitchener Ontario. Proposed building size is approximately 154,000 sq/ft (14,500 sq/m). |
