The Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB), Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board (BHNCDSB), St. Clair Catholic District School Board (SCCDSB) & Wellington Catholic District School Board (Wellington CDSB) hereby also referred as “Participating Agencies” are requesting proposals for a Student Uniform Program in accordance with the Instructions to Proponents, Scope of Work, and Form of Agreement specified in the attached document.
